GWU Master’s Program in Decorative Arts and Design History
As part of the Smithsonian’s joint program with George Washington University, GW Corcoran is offering a Master’s Program in Decorative Arts & Design History.
This 2-year program teaches students to look at history through objects, space, and design by using media such as fashion, textiles, furniture, ceramics, metalwork, architecture, interiors, jewelry, craft, glass, and more. Courses are taught at the Smithsonian Institution by curators, scholars, and leading museum professionals in Washington, D.C.
Applications for Fall 2018 are currently being accepted until Thursday 2/1/18 (priority for funding) and Sunday 4/1/18 (regular admission). Applications for Spring 2019 are currently being accepted until Monday 10/1/18.
