Edwin Rodriguez, an intern for the archival department at the National Museum of American History (NMAH), has been working to catalog collection pieces by Frank Espada. This iconic photographer was an activist for humanity, especially those of Puerto Rican descent.
Mr. Rodriguez recently wrote a blog in the Smithsonian Collections that strives to encapsulate his experience there. He discusses how learning about Mr. Espada’s work has helped him change his outlook on life.
