SI Internships: Prestigious, Not Exclusive

You may know that the Smithsonian Institution (SI) hosts thousands of interns from all walks of life each year, but did you know that high school students also serve as interns?

On Monday 7/31/17, the Office of Fellowships and Internships (OFI) hosted a special lunch for Smithsonian high school interns at the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI). While enjoying the food of Misitam Café, attendees connected with interns their age and shared their varied SI experiences thus far.
