Intern Helps Solve Chinese Fortune Cookie Mystery

Intern Emilio Eusebio, working with National Museum of American History curator, Noriko Sanefuji, and conservator, Beth Richwine, uncovered (literally) a can of fortune cookies from the 1930s (at that time, called “tea cakes”), perhaps the oldest surviving cookies on earth!  Read more about this exciting find and Eusebio’s seriously amazing experience!
